Customer Service Representative

Milhench Supply Company, a growing third generation family owned and operated business, is looking for someone to join our Customer Service team. We pride ourselves on our strong customer service and flexibility and focus on developing long-term relationships with our customers, suppliers, and most of all our employees. We are also very supportive of our local community.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, willing to learn, a strong communicator, has a positive attitude and takes pride in their work!
Skills for the ideal candidate:
- Confident and positive on the phone with customers taking orders and solving problems.
- Accept orders from customers via email, phone, text, fax and online.
- Enter orders into our computer system with great attention to detail, reviewing inventory levels and pricing.
- Work closely with Milhench outside sales reps to handle customer requests.
- Coordinate deliveries with our warehouse team and truck drivers.
- Communicate with all aspects of our company to efficiently handle customer needs including the accounting department, purchasing and operations.
- Work well as a team with the other 4 members of our Customer Service team.
- Learn our product lines quickly including disposable products, dispensers, and equipment.
- Be familiar with all our services including inventory management and equipment repair.
Details on the job:
- The position is 40 hours/week. Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM.
